First 7 benches (#1 to #7). Morning sessions are 0.22 LR with 60 rounds per rifle (Standard SB Rifle, then Hunter SB Rifle). Sight-in at 9:00 am and matches start at 9:30 am. You are welcome to join us at 8:00 am to help set up targets and ask any questions you may have.
Afternoon sessions are High Power silhouette with 40 rounds per rifle (Standard HP, then Hunter HP). Start at 12:00 pm or as soon as possible. No magnums but 0.223REM will be allowed for practice.

Prince George will host the Yellowhead Smallbore Silhouette Championship.
One 60-shot SB standard rifle match, followed by one 60-shot SB Hunter rifle match.

Preparation and Sighting Time begins 15 minutes prior to the published start time
Current Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) and International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) rules will apply
It is the responsibility of all participants to be familiar with these rules
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the schedule or procedures based on conditions
Valid BCTSA membership or membership in your respective provincial shooting organization is required
Out-of-province athletes are welcome and may participate in finals
Only BC residents with valid BCTSA membership are eligible to be titled BC Provincial Champion
All equipment must comply with current ISSF specifications
Equipment will be inspected during designated control periods and may be re-checked during competition
Scoring challenge fee: $5.00
Protests will be handled by the Jury. The Jury’s decisions are final
All events take place at 10 meters (standing position unless noted):
Air Rifle – Men / Junior Men: 2 × 60 shots
Air Rifle – Women / Junior Women: 2 × 60 shots
Air Pistol – Men / Junior Men: 2 × 60 shots

Adaptive Shooting (SH1/SH2): 2 × 60 shots
Note: Juniors wishing to be eligible for Class awards or Finals must pay the adult entry fee
Finals will be conducted according to ISSF 2024 rules
Top 8 Men and Women (Air Rifle and Air Pistol) shooters, including Juniors who paid full fees, will be invited to the Finals
BC Provincial Champions will be determined based on Final results
Only BC residents with valid BCTSA membership are eligible for these titles

⚠️ Winners of Championship awards in non-Olympic events are not eligible for Class awards in those events
All athletes must register according to their official SFC classification
Proof of classification must be presented at check-in
NRA/USA Shooting classifications are not accepted
Shooters without a current classification will compete as Temporary Expert (TE)
Falsifying classification may result in disqualification without refund
Sub Junior (SJ): Until December 31 of the year they turn 16
Intermediate Junior (IJ): From January 1 of the year following their 16th birthday, until December 31 of the year they turn 21
Veteran (VT): Must be 55 or older on the first day of competition
Veterans may use older equipment (if no longer active competitors), but scopes are not allowed

All participants, coaches, and spectators must follow the competition code of conduct and range safety protocols.
Show respect to range staff, officials, volunteers, and fellow competitors
Disruptive or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated
All air guns must be unloaded and open when not on the firing line
Only handle firearms at designated locations or under RO instruction
No dry firing or aiming outside of your firing point
Always point firearms downrange
Shooters must not leave the firing point with a pressurized or loaded gun
Loud noise is allowed, but must not interfere with safety or scoring
No flash photography near the firing line
Spectators must remain behind designated lines
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue
By signing and paying the entry fee, I authorize the BC Target Sports Association and its affiliates to:
Collect and use my personal information for match operations
Publish participant lists, scores, and photographs in media and newsletters
Use my date of birth to determine competition category
I waive the right to inspect or approve final materials
